AI Workplace Survey by Work Simply. Effective October 30, 2026.
Survey answers are stored anonymously and can’t be traced back to you. If you ask us to email you your results, we also collect your name, email address, and company, and we store them separately from your answers, with no link between the two.
We use anonymous answers to produce overall findings about AI in the workplace. We use your contact details to send your results and, if you checked the consent box, to contact you about our AI consulting services.
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who host our site and database, and only so they can run them for us.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and access is limited to authorized accounts.
We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete your information, email kagen@work-simply.com.
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies; it uses only your browser’s local storage to save your progress.
This survey is intended for working adults 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
